    Covers all of the lifestyle habits that have been shown to improve IBS symptoms. You learn what they are, how each may look different based on your symptoms, & how to apply them to your life.

  • Lesson 3 : Elimination Phase

    The start of the diet! You're set up with food lists, instructions, tips, & a 2 week meal plan!

  • Lesson 4 : Challenge Phase

    Covers info on when you should start challenges & tips for success during your challenges. Comes with a full reintroduction schedule to make this part a bit easier.

  • Lesson 5 : Customization Phase

    Covers what you should do with your challenge results, how to incorporate foods back into your diet, info on supplements, & tips for success moving forward!
